CERTIFICATE IN ADVANCED ENGLISH
The CAE course prepares students thoroughly for the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English examination and, at the same time, helps you to improve your overall command of English and communication skills at this level.
AIMS OF THE COURSE
This course has ten main aims:
- To improve students’ all-round command and level of English.
- To familiarise students with the content and format of the CAE exam.
- To give students adequate practice in carrying out CAE exam tasks
- To increase students’ confidence in their ability to learn and master English.
- To increase students’ awareness of how to improve their own language and make the most of their own learning styles
- Revision Exam practice concentrates solely on CAE question formats and exam-attack skills
- Reading and listening material on engaging and unusual topics.
- Practice on understanding textual cohesion, using language appropriately, and reading for detail.
- Review writing skills
- Grammar analysis.
